I went here for dinner with my mother after seeing a movie.
We shared the ‘Toong Thong’ entree (a full menu can is available on their website, link below). This was ok.
I had the ‘Panang’ curry as a main, and mum had the ‘Gai Pad Med Ma-Meung’. Both of these meals were average – I wouldn’t rave about them, but I don’t have any complaints.
For dessert we shared a cookie and cream cheese cake slice and the deep fried bananas. Both desserts were accompanied by ice cream.
Service was very efficient – tables cleared and dressed quickly, wait staff were attentive at filling up water glasses, but kept out of your way (they didn’t have big personalities and try to talk to you – which is fine because when I’m out for dinner it is to socialise with the company I am out with, not the staff).
One thing that was disappointing was that the dessert specials that they had were hand written on a piece of paper for us to look at along with the menu – how hard is it to get this typed up on a computer?
If you have an entertainment book you can use your gold card to get 25% off your bill. This place also does takeaway too :)
